Dear 2011, you will never be forgotten by us, the directioners. You were the year of One Direction, the year they debuted number one in charts with What Makes You Beautiful, the year they released their books and their first album, Up All Night. I remember when the Gotta Be You music video was going to be released on youtube, how I stayed for about one hour and I refreshed the page because the music video didn’t appear. They have sold out two tours in one year and this thing happens very rare to someone. When they performed at Red or Black, and had their first live performance after the release of what makes you beautiful. They have performed at the Teen Awards like few months ago and I was afraid I couldn’t watch the show because the live stream was unavailable in my country, but finally i could and i fangirled like there was no tomorrow. When they came to Italy. All their interviews. All their hot photoshoots. The dolls. Their documentary. Seeing how much they changed from cute kids to sex bombs in just one year. Thank you 2011. Thank you One Direction.
